The Pennsylvania CEA Chapter and other conference organizers are now accepting workshop proposals for the 79th International CEA Conference in Pittsburgh, PA from August 10-13, 2025. Workshops are 60 minutes in length. Proposals are due by May 30th and notifications will be made by June 13th. Additional information can be found CEA National's website.
The Vera Institute of Justice has recently published its full report on, "The Labor Market for People with Conviction Histories: An Examination on Access to Good Jobs." The report identifies good jobs accessible to people with conviction histories by analyzing labor market trends and legal barriers then provides guidance for developing postsecondary programs to improve education and employment opportunities for incarcerated individuals.
