• The tables will be set up prior to the start of the conference on Wednesday 9/25.  You are welcome to set yourselves up when you arrive.

• You will be able to break down the tables whenever you like prior to the conference end on Friday afternoon.

• During the conference, 15 minutes have been built into the schedules between sessions for participants to browse/engage.  There will also be time during registration and meals/snacks.
